Mantaray Creative seeks an experienced Business Development Manager based in our Calgary office. The Business Development Manager will identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
The Business Development Manager will double as an Account Executive and will leverage mid to executive-level relationships to develop targeted sales strategies that convey a customized approach to all business pursuits.The Business Development Manager (BDM) participates in a team-selling environment, providing the customer with a primary point of contact within Mantaray. In this capacity, the BDM will assume the ownership role for their assigned accounts and drive the identification and qualification of opportunities while executing account strategy and generating support and service revenues. In addition, the BDM will pursue and close new sales opportunities. The BDM will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with current and potential customers, which will be measured by customer satisfaction levels, increased revenue and overall account penetration.

-Provide Mantaray senior management with accurate and timely sales forecasts within Mantaray CRM to ensure proper visibility of new business within Mantaray to optimize effective resource planning throughout the Mantaray organization
-Continuously gather knowledge of competitors and how to effectively position Mantaray solutions against them
-Leverage and effectively communicate Mantaray’s solutions within the accounts to broaden Mantaray’s presence and create new revenue opportunities
-Identify, Assess, Coordinate, Write and submit RFP’s on an ongoing basis
